Koch, Frank William; age 64; of Clare; passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. He was born on July 11, 1951 to parents Paul Clark and Doris Mae (Upthegrove) Koch in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Frank was a lifelong area resident. He married Debra K. Lloyd on May 27, 1972 at the original Brown Corners Church. Frank worked for the Clare County Road Commission, retiring after 27 years of service. Frank attended the Clare Church of the Nazarene. Frank leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 43 years, Debra; his three sons: Jason Koch of Clare, Justin Koch of Clare, and Josh and wife Sarah Koch of Clare; three grandchildren: Alyssa, Emma, and Weston Koch; four brothers: John and wife Jennie Koch of Clare, Paul Koch of Mt. Pleasant, Steve and wife Pam Koch of Coleman, and Dennis Koch of Clare, five sisters: Pauline and husband Jim Marden of Midland, MI, Kaye Koch of Phoenix, AZ, Jolene and husband Kevin Bottini of Sterling Heights, MI, Kelly and husband John Sandel of Clare, MI, and Judy and husband Bob Gulotty of Blue Ridge, SC; a sister-in-law, Bonnie and husband Doug Walters of Clare; two brothers-in-law: Jim and wife Nancy Lloyd of Clare, and Jeff and wife Terrie Lloyd of Clare; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; very close friends: Jr. and Laurie Rulapaugh, Carl and Elaine Lake, and Mark and Sally Humphrey. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, a sister-in-law, Sharon Andrews, and a nephew, Ben Walters –
