Location:	Walker Auditorium, Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville 4500 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Enter through the garage entry into the Davis Building (only choice) and proceed down the hall to the main desk area at the end. Turn left at the hallway and then take another left at the pharmacy.
